Run Node

Running WorldLand and connecting to Worldland

If you're running WorldLand node for the first time, or if you've run a different version of EVM-compitable chain with a different network number, run the following to initialize your locally stored block data

$ rm -rf ~/.ethereum

These documents are based on Unix documentation. For Windows, type worldland instead of ./worldland.

First, you'll need to make a directory to store block information. For example, ETHECC_TEST directory. Then move to /WorldLand/build/bin, and follow this.

$ ./worldland console

Or if you want to connect to Gwangju testnet, add -gwangju option

$ ./worldland -gwangju console

it returns data that looks like:

You can check ChainID is 103.

You are now connected to the Seoul main network!

Wait until the node is running and fully synchronized with the network. This process takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
